Truck Bodies

Truck Body construction in either steel or alumium

Our truck bodies are constructed with the same quality materials and workmanship as our traybodies.

Steel standard inclusions are:-
• 75mm x 50mm RHS main frame and mounting system
• Floors are 3mm thick checker plate with fully welded join. (not available on 2mm thick floors)
• Dropsides are pressed from 2mm thick plate and are fastened with anti-lose catches with rubber bumper for ease of opening. Out "no rattle"hinges are cast steel weld-on type.
• Mudguards are wither glavanised steel or aluminium checker plate securely bolted in place for easy replacement in the event of accidental damage.
• Tail lights are usually factory supplied with a new vehicle, however ADR LED or truck type lights and full panels can be fitted as optional extras.
• All bodies are sealed, sanded, cleaned and etch primed before painting with either standard auto enamel for plain colours, or optional 2K enamels for metallic colour matches.
• Optional extras include pipe headboards, rear racks, rear posts, higher sides, underbody toolboxes. Extras can easily be fitted at an extra cost.

Aluminium Standard inclusions are:-
• High strength T6 ally aluminium
• Dropside extrusion is made flat for ease of sign writing
• Rope rail is full lenth and 3mm thick
• Mudguards as per our steel tray can be your choice of standard galvanised or aluminium construction
• Catches are fully adjustable for a non rattle finish
• Tail lights are usually on your cab chassis but can be upgraded from our vast range of accessories
• Optional extras include and upgrade of the front and rear racks from 40mm to 60mm tube
